Privacy policy

Who we are
This website is run by Israr Ahmed Labs ("we", "us"). If you have a question about this policy or about your information, use the contact form and we will reply.
What we collect
When you send us an enquiry or request a consultation (the Contact and Book a consultation forms) we collect what you type: your name and email address, and optionally your phone number, company, the service you are interested in, a preferred time, and your message. We also record the page you sent it from, and the date and time you confirmed you had read this policy.
To protect the forms from abuse we keep a one-way, keyed hash of your IP address with the enquiry. It lets us notice a flood of messages from one address; it cannot be turned back into your address, and we do not store the address itself with the enquiry.
Server logs. Like any website, the servers that host this site may log technical details of each request (such as the page requested and the IP address) for security and operation. Those logs are kept by our hosting provider under its own policies.
Cookies and tracking
This public website does not set cookies and does not use analytics, advertising or social-media tracking. Fonts are served from this site, so your browser does not contact a font provider. Our team's sign-in area sets one essential session cookie after a team member signs in; it is not used on the public pages.
How we use your information
We use your enquiry to reply to you, to assess whether and how we can help, and to keep a record of our correspondence. We do not use it for advertising, and we do not sell it or share it with advertisers.
Who can see it
Members of our team who handle enquiries can see enquiries sent through the forms; access is limited to people who need it, and changes made to an enquiry are recorded. A notification that an enquiry has arrived (naming you, but not repeating your message) may be sent to our team's email. Our hosting and email providers process data on our behalf to operate the service.
How long we keep it
We keep an enquiry for as long as we need it to respond and to keep a reasonable record of the conversation. You can ask us to delete it sooner.
Your choices
You can ask us to tell you what we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it, by contacting us through the contact form. If you are not satisfied with our response you may be able to complain to the data protection authority where you live.
Security
Connections to this site are encrypted (HTTPS). Passwords for our team's accounts are stored only as salted hashes, access to enquiries is limited by role, and sensitive actions are logged.
Changes to this policy
If we change how this website handles your information, we will update this page and the date below.
